Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Not all orders are eligible for free shipping.
please refer to order summary in checkout page to see what fees are raised.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery of Prescription Eyeglasses

  • The order of prescription eyeglasses can take additional business days. This applies to all countries.

Delivery During Promotional Activities

  • During periods of promotional activities, sale seasons, and bank holidays, our delivery service time might vary slightly.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

All online orders will have the Invoices created. 
An electornic invoice is also being created according to law

Do you offer any warranty on your glasses?

1-Year Warranty

The warranty does not cover frames that have been damaged as a result of misuse.

In the event of wear or damage from normal use, we’re pleased to offer complimentary maintenance which in this case does not include product replacement.

SHOPPING INFORMATION

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Bank account: usually up to 2 Business days.

Digital Wallets: Transactions are finalized on the spot.

Online Card Payments (Credit/Debit): the funds are typically captured (debited) immediately or within a very short timeframe.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please contact us on info@taj-optics.com and you will get the item replaced or refunded.
