All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Prescription orders require additional processing time due to lens customization. Estimated preparation time:

• Frame Only Orders: 1–2 business days

• Frame with Prescription Lenses: 5–7 business days (depending on lens type and coating)

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Coverage

TAJ OPTICS currently ships within Egypt 
International shipping is possible for UAE, KSA, OMAN – extra fee applies

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Major Cities: 1–3 business days

• Other Areas: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.

5. Prescription Orders

All prescription lenses are custom-made according to the values provided during checkout.

Because of this customization:

• Additional preparation time applies.

• Orders cannot be modified once production has started.

• Please ensure all prescription values are correct before confirming your order.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS (if available).

7. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

• Clear discription of the issue

Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

TAJ OPTICS is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier disruptions

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Government restrictions

However, we will always assist in tracking and resolving any delivery concerns.
